TACO PIE

Great when served with "Scoops"
Brown and drain 1lb lean hamburger and 1/4 cup chopped onion.
Add 1 packet Taco mix.
Spray bottom of a 9 in pie plate, spread in the cooked / seasoned meat.
Cover meat with layer of Salsa, add 1 small can chopped green chilies (optional).
Stir together (Wisk) 1/2 cop bisquick mix, 1 cup milk and 2 eggs.
Pour over mixture in pie plate, sprinkle 3/4 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack).
Top with a sprinkle of Paprika.
Bake at 400 for 35 - 45 mins. Make sure that inserted knife comes out clean.
Let set for 10 mins before serving. Optional additional salsa and Nacho chips
